Dinner  for Bed and Breakfast guests will be a 5-course meal beginning with an aperitif that is served between

 19:30 – 20:00.

Reservations must be made the day before or early the same morning.

The menu changes every day.

An example menu: – Aperitif at 19:30 with crostinis – Quiche Lorraine – Mixed green salad with a mustard vinaigrette – Coq au vin served with carrot,courgette and mushroom accompanied by a potato gratin – Cheese platter – Chocolate mousse cake.

Guests who have rented the Coach House are welcome to join the evening meals for an additional fee.

Guests who rent the entire Chateau may have their meals prepared in-house upon request, with reservation.

Some of the regional foods found in the Limousin are delicious wild mushrooms, chestnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, apples, raspberries, cherries, strawberries and blackberries.

We must not forget the famous Limousin beef, the abundance of lamb, and duck. Fresh water salmon, trout and carp. We cook with vegetables from our naturally grown garden

 

Breakfast for B&B Guests

A typical French Breakfast is served between   8:00 – 10:00

    This consists of coffee/tea/cocoa, juice, French breads,   homemade cakes, cereals and Jams. Other things can also be served for breakfast if ordered in advance, such as: Pancakes, French Toast, Eggs any style, Cold cuts. Depending on what is ordered, a small surcharge will be added.

Lunch

We can also make lunch for you, but this will be more an American styled Lunch, instead of a Typical French. This means a lighter styled Lunch such as: Salads of all sorts, Cold cuts Sandwiches. Picnic baskets can also be made !!!

This must be ordered one day in advance.
